Recently, a guest and I had dinner at Alldays and Onions. We started our meal with Thai Money Bags; wontons filled with shrimp and gingered vegetables. I chose the New York Sirloin Steak with sauteed mushrooms as my entree – it was cooked to perfection. My guest enjoyed a flavorful Pan-Seared Sole layered with Brie and Smoked Salmon. We plan on returning for another great meal – but next time we will save room for dessert!

We ate in the bar area, since there was a short wait for the dining room. The atmosphere was very nice with some high top tables and booths. There was a nice mix of couples, small groups, and some families throughout the restaurant.

I had jumbo shrimp cocktail, house salad, steak, finished off with a very decadent chocolate mousse cake dessert. It was all excellent food. The service was good and I would definitely recommend trying it yourself.

They don’t take reservations unless your party is 6 people or more, so on busy nights, go early to avoid the rush, or grab a table in the bar like we did.
